I like the design so far.
The shape is good, needs to be thin so no to have a lot of wind resistance. I also think it would be really cool with some details :D like the batmobile (the newer one) XD that thing is fast and awesome looking.
I like design 1 the best it seems to look like it will work better with your story. One thing though the more detail added the better other than that it looks good
